History

Queensridge, a notable development by Christopher Homes, emerged as a distinguished community in Las Vegas. The development was primarily executed between 1996 and 2003. It started with Queensridge South, accessible via W. Charleston, and subsequently expanded to Queensridge North, with its entrance on Alta. The community encompasses a diverse array of homes, varying from 1,942 to 21,712 square feet, totaling 605 residences. A significant number of these homes, both custom and production, overlook the now-closed Badlands Golf Course.

Residents of Queensridge enjoy various amenities such as a clubhouse, exercise room, pool, and tennis courts. The community is conveniently located near Boca Park and has easy access to numerous facilities along W. Charleston and Rampart, which forms the eastern boundary of the area.

The closure of The Badlands golf course has impacted Queensridge, though the full extent and future developments on the golf course land remain uncertain. Nearby, The Canyons Village in Summerlin offers additional amenities, and the Summerlin Hospital is just a short drive away.

Additionally, Queensridge includes two non-guard gated options: Windsor at Queensridge, a gated community of detached homes, and Fairway Homes, a gated townhome community, both offering unique living experiences within the larger Queensridge area.
